The Holway Centre PRU is an education centre run by Taunton Deane Partnership College. Students who are permanently excluded are taught in small groups by skilled staff.
This project involved renovating the external and internal spaces to offer students and staff design solutions that improve well-being and functionality across the site. Alongside fully resourced classrooms, it includes a new science laboratory, teaching kitchen and two vocational teaching workshops.
Alterations to the envelope of the building, internal configurations, and improved social spaces provide an enriched user experience and a wide range of learning opportunities.
